Not prepared for what they were hired to do. Move from one building to the one next door. Mud tracked all through my place. Would not recommend and would never use them again.

They did a great job. They were late due to unloading at their previous job, but they called to let us know so no problem there. They worked with us and around us and under some challenging conditions and made it all work for us. They worked right along and were a big help to us we couldn't have done it without them. They were careful with our property and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The 2 young fellas were on time, personable and efficient. Previously, another company had damaged some of our furniture. NOT THE CASE with 3 B Helpers. They were very careful not to rub against any walls or doorways.
The job was completed in a very short time.

They showed up on time, they were courteous, professional and efficient. They worked hard, nothing was damaged. We would use them again if needed.

The 3B crew came on time and worked hard -- and sent a crew of three although only two were ordered. They were prepared for the job (except their hand trucks were not padded) and even supplied stretch wrap. They were courteous and respectful. However, they did not pack the truck properly. We moved a large number of boxes, and they simply stacked all the boxes from the floor to the ceiling of the truck - despite my request to use the truck's load bars and supplying lumber to create a "second layer" of boxes (said it wasn't needed). They stacked heavy boxes on top of light boxes. As a result, we had at least 18 boxes that were squished in transit. The crew (different company) that unloaded the truck couldn't believe how unprofessional the loading job was and said there was not excuse for not doing it properly. Also, because they did not use padded hand trucks they scratched some of our furniture. I would not use them again.

When Jesse and Dave arrived (on time), they walked through the job with us to clearly understand our needs and expectations. Despite the miserable weather (constant, persistent rain) and distance from storage unit to truck, they were courteous and efficient. They worked steadily and the truck was well packed. When unpacking at our destination, we were pleased to see that nothing had been damaged! Nice job, gentlemen. We'll be calling on you again soon for the final portion of our move.
