Hello, I founded Elite Trucking and Labor in Feb, 2021. I have been providing local and out of state moving services since I was 16 years old when I began my journey in the field. Once I graduated high school and went to college I realized that this was something I wanted to take even further! Personable and very friendly service are two things that are very important to us at Elite Trucking and Labor. We remember details and make sure to focus on those. Our goal is to take the stress off of your shoulders during this moving process. We care about your needs and its not about the price tag its about the quality and making sure a good job is done. The movers didn't introduce themselves, say they were from the moving company, or have any indication from their vehicle or what they were wearing (no uniform) that they were movers. I don't think they have to have uniforms or an official service vehicle but I would've been much more comfortable if they said their names and company name first. We also requested that they pack a bookcase with boxes in it, they stated that's not how they pack things and proceeded to pack all boxes first, leaving the bookcase for last. They put in a
box of electronics specifically marked as fragile and upright sideways, and if I hadn't seen it we likely would ve had thousands of dollars in damage. They were unable to fit everything in the truck, but instead of letting us know once they realized that, they just packed it til it was full and left a bookcase, mower, bed frame and headboard, two desks, and more. My husband and I spent almost 2 hours removing items and repacking the furniture to put the highest priority items to keep in the truck. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company..I can't lift heavy items easily which is why we hired them, but I ended up having to anyway.

Jayden seemed to be the most experienced but the other young men had to be lead around. Not much experience.
They ultimately got most everything done, but it took way too much of my time for what I paid.
