Hello, I founded Elite Trucking and Labor in Feb, 2021. I have been providing local and out of state moving services since I was 16 years old when I began my journey in the field. Once I graduated high school and went to college I realized that this was something I wanted to take even further! Personable and very friendly service are two things that are very important to us at Elite Trucking and Labor. We remember details and make sure to focus on those. Our goal is to take the stress off of your shoulders during this moving process. We care about your needs and its not about the price tag its about the quality and making sure a good job is done. I would never hire this company ever again.
First, the movers showed up with their kids in the car waiting.
Second, they brought no equipment even though it clearly states on the contract-
Equipment No Fee
Furniture dolly, hand truck, or straps, Face coverings and gloves, Hand tools for assembly
Third, they damaged our wood floors.
Fourth, they flipped our freezer upside down.
The supervisor who we spoke with was absolutely rude and told us that had they know they were transporting a freezer they would have known to bring a dolly because that's an extra fee. He refused to acknowledge the signed contract stating otherwise.
Again, avoid this company at all costs!
