This is my second time using Smooth Move Movers. The guys arrived on-time and got to work right away. They did a great job handling some bulky furniture pieces around some narrow steps. Overall the crew did a great job. I'd use them again.

Corey and Ron were great! There was an issue with the loading dock access beyond our control and we could only access the apartment via the lobby. They were efficient and organized and we were able to unload the van quickly. They staged the apartment thoughtfully so we could unpack easily. Happy to recommend!

I hired this crew for a move, which extended due to the job, and I paid them for their extra labor. However, the service was completely unprofessional: they arrived with zero tools to disassemble furniture, failed to reassemble anything at the destination, required my family to step in and help finish moving items, and attempted to redirect payment using a fake alias at the end of the night.
