The movers were supposed to be there from 8-9. I received a text that they left at 7:50 and were coming from McDonough, which was 2 1/2 hours from our home. They did not show up till 11:30. I booked them for 4 hours but my husband and I needed to be on the road by 1. They didn’t get finished till 2:30 but only worked 3 out of the 4 hours because my husband and I packed most of the house ourselves before they got there. When they arrived, they smelled like a weed dispensary. Super nice men that helped but very unprofessional with coming to work smelling like they smoked every joint they had. I called the help line and they said “we will only compensate you for $50” after paying $1066. Extremely disappointed in the customer service, but the movers themselves were nice and did not complain to work.
The team worked the hours booked, and the only reason the job finished later was because of the last-minute changes and added work. Our crews do not work impaired, and no such behavior was observed during your move.
Compensation decisions are handled by the platform, not us. We did our job, we completed everything requested, and we remained professional throughout.

The team of 4 was polite, friendly, efficient, careful with our belongings. They worked together as a team figuring out the trickier furniture paths. My only recommendation would be to bring an appliance mover to handle heavy bulky furniture.

Follow-up phone calls to make sure everything is in order. Respectable, clean, professional 2 to 4 man team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure we have a clear path from debris. Fragile pieces or anything you prefer to wrap is already wrapped before the movers arrive. Anything that needs to in a box should be taped and ready to go The process would be much more efficient if these things were already done.

We specialize in loading/unloading moving trucks, storage facilities, local, long distance, office moves, junk removals, pack/unpack moves, in-house moves, college dorm moves.

Our favorite part is interacting with customers and leaving a smile on their face.
