They were on time, with 2 dollies. I was told they needed shrink wrap and rope to tie off some of the furniture- so I had to go out and purchase some. I wish they would’ve told me ahead of time or had brought their own, but that was just a little hiccup. They worked very hard and were very courteous. A single nightstand was broken in the process, but I bought the insurance so it will be covered. They completed their jobs quickly and made sure the rest of the items were handled with care. Thanks so much!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the work ethic and attention to detail from Charles and Larry. I had a long highway drive from Atlanta to Jacksonville with a half-full truck and they secured my belongings better than any movers I’ve ever worked with. Wood dressers were taped with moving blankets, tall items were tied up and secured with twine - I wish I had taken a photo because it was something to see and the items never moved on my six-hour drive. If you want guys who will show up and rush through the job in an hour, these aren’t the guys for you. If you don’t mind a bit of extra time for things to be done the right way, I can’t recommend A-Team enough. Kudos gentlemen!

Flipped attitude when I said I wasn't gonna pay them on the side and would only pay through Hire a Helper. Tried to be intimidating.

she thought me telling her it was ok for her to pay the remaining time to us was a scam. Her paperwork explained it was ok. These are the times i wish i would just refuse problem people. The job with photos showed the great work we did.

once we contact the customer, we would review the actual move. We will ask specific questions in order to know what is needed and what must be done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer must obtain basic material for their move. Straps/rope, shrink wrap, blankets, used card board for furniture that has glass, etc. Day before move we will discuss these things with our customer.

For 29 years we have handled many various moving jobs. We have provided services for office/commercial moves, local moves, Packing, Unpacking, Loading, Unloading, furniture Removal, etc........
