This ordeal started out good the two guys showed up at 10:15 and started hauling out boxes like gang busters and loading on the truck. We didn’t have much furniture but husband had to tell them to put washer/ dryer on or all the boxes would have been on first. After 2 hours they told my husband they had another job and they weren’t going to take money away from their family. So why would you put in advertisement that they will stay up to 2 extra hours if needed. they left paintings and our thing in the yard next to truck. called HireAHelper and they contacted the main office and they were to come back after finishing the other job. About 4.30 I tried to text the the company and after 25 min no reply, called HireAHelper and they tried calling-emailing and texting with no response. Son in law stepped in and did more work on his own then movers did. About 7:30 pm as we were Gathering the last bits together so we could get on the road for our 5 1/2 hour drive The 2 workers showed up. Husband politely (insert cus words here) told them to go home. About 45 min later as I was driving I get a phone call from HireAHelper asking me did they show to finish job. REALLY!!!!!! If you are over 60 and need help with move DON’T use This company. I also have a video that I can’t insert of how they left our stuff in the yard and truck.
