I had to order service late at night. They called over an hour before they were to arrive saying that they were going to be a few minutes late because they hadn't received the work order in time. They called again ten minutes before they were to arrive saying they would be 45 minutes later than they had thought. At an hour and a half I tried calling them to find out where they were. It went straight to voicemail. Shortly thereafter I get a call that they can't find my house. They can't find my house despite the fact that I emailed them explicit and detailed directions as soon as I finished booking them because gps systems routinely can't find my house. They hadn't bothered reading the email. Only took an hour to load up because we had it boxed and staged and the heavy items were already on.
Because they were so late, we had to drive straight through, got stuck in rush hour traffic and had to reschedule the movers at the other end. Once they arrived they were okay but overall it was not a very positive experience.
