Out of the two employees they sent one was completely useless. After about 15 minutes upon arrival they carried a mattress bottom (which was very heavy) into the storage unit. The older gentlemen immediately sat down then went around the corner and was either sitting or lying on the floor for about an hour. The manager of the facility saw him on their security camera and came back to ask about and check on him. We asked if he wanted an ambulance as he was all sweaty and not talking. I immediately called, left a voice mail, and texted Mr Lopez explaining this without a response from him. I later texted Mr Lopez explaining that I didn't feel like we should have to pay for two hours of service from two men as only one really worked. The younger gentlemen kept apologizing, stating this was the first day that he met/worked with the older gentleman. We all ended up helping unload the truck and carry everything back to the unit as we felt bad for the young guy. The guys who loaded us in Ft Lauderdale did it in under two hours. The unloading goes quicker and I feel should have been done in a little over an hour if we had two capable people. I asked for a partial refund which I have not received.
