Three men unloaded my POD, at the cost of three because their previous job needed a third man. That was good. That made the unloading faster. However, a third man seemed to affect the balance of the 'team'. They spent more time joking with each other and less time paying attention to me, the customer. I asked one thing of the team, which none of them heard: that the boxes be placed on the plastic sheets I spread on my carpet, not on the carpet itself. They carefully avoided the plastic...?? A box of condiments was placed on its side, but luckily, a vanilla bottle broke and spilled without damage to other contents in the box (or my carpet). Two men make a team. A third man can create a 'pack,' more interested in its own entertainment than in care and professionalism.
