The two men that came to my home were very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. If they had any questions they asked before they did.

The suppose arrive 4 hours earlier than the time they arrived, they suppose to BE 2 helpers only one showed up (4 hours Late) the second one came half hour later, the suppose bring appliance dolly, they didn't, only one of them had some knowledge about furniture moving, the other one was just a help therefore it took longer than expected and cost more than quoted, much more, they promise refund, never got it. The whole experience with Hire A Helper was awful disaster to say the least, obviously I will never using again, in fact, I had schedule another service in my destination, I cancelled it, stay away from Hire a Helper and Advance Moving both are extremely incompetent.

They worked so hard, and it was a very hot day. I was pleased that they were extra careful with our furniture. Covered it to prevent scratches. Very polite and professional. They had extra time offered to help with some boxes in garage.

They were courteous polite, and they just worked nonstop. Taught me a few things about how to pack a pod. Most definitely will use helping hand again and if I can use the two gentlemen even better. Really worked hard and continuously. . I would recommend them to anybody.
