What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect a call within 24hrs of booking to discuss further details of their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect fast and reliable service. There’s no move that can surprise us.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all of their items neat and ready to pick up. Also make sure special tools for beds etc. are accounted for. Lastly customers should tell us about any special instructions that could affect their move from moving fast and efficiently so we can try to take care of those problems ahead of time.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled every move there is or at least most of them. We have traveled multiple states with the biggest box trucks available, handled dozens of office moves and brought some of the heaviest items up and down stairs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love the feeling of appreciation customers have after the move. They treat us as if we’re lifesavers and are usually very nice and helpful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew members all have completed most there training on stairs because that’s the most difficult moves. They are also trained by me and my CEO on proper ways to handle, pack and arrange furniture as needed.
