Make sure you grab 30 minutes before the scheduled time, were very professional, and we're very careful with everything not to damage it. I very highly recommend them.

The worker's they sent to me were aweful- worked slow,didn't have an understanding of what I had them there to get done. My furniture was damaged,so the fellow Dionte told me he would take care of the issue. Nice of him,Right?! Now he tells me he was on business trip and his flight got delayed!! Smh... Don't by that for a minute!! So if you're looking for reputable people they may not be the right fit for you. Now he also just told my husband that he turned it to his claims department!! Not people you'd want to deal with. So disappointed in the way he acted because of the review I gave. Dionte actually called me to take it off!! Not happening now

They were on time, they called I had, twice actually. They were very courteous and they were very careful with our furniture. Highly recommend them.

They were on time. However, Dion, the owner was using his phone a lot. They loaded the truck very hahazardly, leaving things for us to load. Ultimately, leaving things behind, causing me to make arrangements to have those things stored until I can get back down to get them..costing me MORE money. One antique item was broken and the helper shrugged his shoulders. I was livid with the way they loaded the truck. They WERE polite tho. I would never recommend Bug Men movers, again!
