I had a scheduled window between 1 and 2 PM. They called me at 11 and meet us now. I said sure I’ll see you at noon. They decided to take a lunch break instead of meeting me, so I had to wait two hours. Then, they went to the wrong address. They went to the place a delivery not the place of pick up. That was another half hour of my wasted time. When they got there, they did the job fine, it’s just waiting all that extra time wasn’t worth it for me.
