Should have called them directly. Instead PODS recommended hire a helper. A company that was the middle man. More expensive and I didn’t need them. But True Life was excellent.

I would say 10! Leroy and Lawrence were superb! They were very accommodating while unloading from a pod to a storage unit. Arrived on time, professional, friendly, courteous and I will ask for them to assist again when moving from storage to my final destination. THANK YOU GENTLEMEN

Before I begin.....Your employee Philip was GREAT. The crew was VERY GOOD. But now here we go with the management of the moving company: 1. They never showed up. 2. I called your office, Phillip. 3. The manager of the moving company said I never responded to his call for service. 4. The manager of the service company never called me, I checked all my calls for 30 days to verify no call. 5. He texted me, which I forwarded to HideA Helper, and I did respond to his text with a question, what are blanket tape and ties? 6. They never responded back. 7. Your company, Phillip, had them schedule for the same day @ 6pm. 8. The crew showed up @ 545pm. 9. They made me sign a release that they would not be responsible for damages. Which brings up a question "Why was I charged for Insuring the service"? 10. For the next 2 hours went GREAT. 11. At the start of the 3rd hour the serviceman came to me a stated he could not continue until I paid them cash or PALPAY, per their management. 12. I then showed them the contract and its contents. 13. The serviceman said that his management called HireA Helper and they were closed for the day so I had to pay them. While the serviceman kept his management on speaker phone I called HideA Helper. A lady answered right away, proving HideA Helper office was open, so I switched the phone to speaker and put it next to the serviceman's phone so he could hear the conversation. The HideA Helper lady explained to me and them that they were incorrect on the payment schedule. I had to authorize the payment and HideA Helper would pay their bill. The serviceman management then authorized the servicemen to continue.
Again: PHILLIP FROM HIDEA HELPER WAS GREAT.
