Where do we begin. There were two movers. One was excellent. He was courteous and professional. The other was not. He took many, many breaks while the other guy took none. He was extremely hyper and difficult to communicate with (as if he was on "something"). He would not take any suggestions or recommendations - kept telling us he has done many moves and he knows what he is doing. He DID NOT work in sync with the other guy - they worked harder not smarter. He would scream from the inside of our house constantly to the other guy to come help him. He DRAGGED/ PUSHED my brand new Fridge on the driveway completely destroying the wheels (we just discovered now unpacking at our new home) and threw our sofa pillows on ground and on the grass. the Pod was packed so badly, we paid another company two days later to come unpack the pod and repack it and we discovered we had 30 percent more space available. The difficult mover, would not commit to the whole 2 hours (they were done packing the pod, and there was 40 minutes left and we asked if they could move stuff from our patio to the garage to make it easier for the next Pod to be packed) saying OUR JOB IS TO JUST PACK PODS NOT MOVE STUFF FROM REST OF HOUSE. His wife came on site and was apologetic for his behavior and she and the other mover ended up moving some of the stuff (hence the 2 stars) for us in the time they had left while he sat in the car working himself up but occasionally coming and screaming at her to get us to RELEASE THE FUNDS. Making us feel like we were not going to pay. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I think if you were just moving boxes they would be OK but I would not trust them with furniture, especially valuable furniture or possessions. They also DO NOT KNOW how to pack using the maximum space - we had to pay another mover to redo their work. Example: they placed an ornamental high head headboard in middle of pod instead of on side which ended up trapping a lot of space. The other company who came and unpacked what they packed put the headboard on side of pod. Good luck if you choose these guys and make sure you have lots of headache medication on hand. You gonna need it. I honesty CANNOT recommend these guys.
