The guys were great, on time and did a great job. The only problem I have is with the service of Hire a helper. I did not realize, nor was I informed that it was somehow my decision to clock the guys out.
When people are moving and need the help they aren't checking their phones or reading their texts to figure out how to clock someone out.
The easier thing to do would have been to have the guys clock in and out onsite and then ask if I wanted to give more time or a tip or whatever.
I paid for 4 hours, the guys worked for 1.5 hours and didn't realize I had to clock them out until I received a text stating that they were going to charge me for more time.
I have to say, it was a bit upsetting.
Again, the guys were fantastic, the service needs some tweaking.

H&G did a wonderful job!! They moved a full 16’ budget truck up 3 flights of stairs in 2 hours with 3 movers. They were kind and professional, and were flexible with the time of arrival since I was moving from out of state. I would absolutely recommend them, and if I move again that’s who I will call to help!
