I was very hopeful after speaking with Ashley that I would have a great experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case once the moving crew arrived.
From the beginning, the movers were not particularly friendly or communicative. There was very little interaction with me other than asking for my storage unit number. I had booked three movers for three hours, but five people arrived and completed the job in about two hours.
Their job was to unload my U-Haul truck into a storage unit, and while they did accomplish that, I was very disappointed with the way my belongings were handled. The entire process seemed focused on speed rather than care. Items were moved very quickly, and I did not feel that my belongings—especially some of my more valuable and fragile pieces—were being treated with the attention they deserved. I mentioned several times that certain items needed to be handled carefully, but I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously.
By the end of the move, I had actually loaded my own pickup truck with items because I no longer felt comfortable having the crew handle them.
To make matters worse, after the job was finished, I felt pressured to tip the crew. Given my experience, I honestly did not feel a tip was warranted, but I tipped them anyway because of the pressure I felt in the moment.
I understand that efficiency is important when moving, but it should not come at the expense of properly handling a customer's belongings. I had expected a much more professional, courteous, and careful experience based on my initial conversation with the company, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed.

Efficient and good crew. Be aware they do not assemble anything or leave boxes in particular spaces. They are told to just get it in the door and leave it for the customer to rearrange. The woman scheduling had a bit of an attitude throughout.

Initial call from Ashley was timely and warm and assuring!
Was willing to work with a chaotic schedule of not knowing when items would be delivered, had a great plan!
Alas, when I called to inform the delivery arrived got shunted to their voicemail- and that’s where they lost the fifth star.
The helpers arrived within an hour of originally booked appointment, despite us trying to get them there very close to delivery time.
When everyone got there, things went very well and quick!
Had a great conversation but did have to help a bit with some moving and equipment.
Still, saved me a ton of money compared to to others I attempted to book- and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again, despite the small scheduling glitch that arose.

This was not an easy move, even though it was a studio apartment being moved. Lots of books, a grandfather clock, and a queen size mattress. And they handled it, even with a long walk from apartment to moving van, with friendliness, patience, courtesy, and some real packing ingenuity! Definitely recommend them to anyone moving. Terrific team and terrific service!
