These guys are amazing. They were here three hours unpacking a 12 foot container that was packed to the rafters. They never stopped! Plus, they were careful, fast and cooperative. They listened to my requests and suggestions and could not have been more helpful.
I would use them again in a heartbeat. And I'll recommend them to anyone who asks for "unusually great movers."

Arrived late because over slept. One of the team was teenager. So, work went slower than planned. But they worked hard and did not take breaks in very hot weather. They did an excellent job of loading the truck and were very careful of our possessions

These guys were amazing. They were on time and worked hard. Our last move we almost ran out of room on the Uhaul so we were especially nervous about whether we would run out of space this time. These guys were able to pack all of our stuff on the Uhaul so well we had plenty of extra space to take along some stuff we weren't sure we could take. All of our stuff made it intact as well. 5 stars I would definitely recommend to anyone in the KC area.

The guys did a great job offloading a moving truck for me & moving some household items into a storage unit. They worked quickly/efficiently, communicated well, listened to instructions, and did not stop until the job got done. I would definitely recommend their services!

The positive is that Ready Set Go Movers were able to complete the job in less time than I hired them for, and they provide a refund for unused time over 2 hours.
The negative is that they damaged our house in a few places, including breaking the garage keypad with a refrigerator, damaging the siding on the house, and gouging the wood on our front deck. I filed a successful claim on the keypad, but the siding and deck damage were more inconveniences than claimable damages because the repairs were essentially free. They also cross threaded the hose connections to the washing machine and refrigerator water lines, the latter of which required a replacement of the tubing end connection. I hired them to move heavy items from point A to point B, not attempt to install appliances, which they were not proficient at doing.
If your task is simply moving things around, Ready Set Go Movers do an okay job. I would not recommend them if you are expecting a full service experience, complete with appliance hookups. Note from my review, I only hired them to move items into our house.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing a happy customer when done especially when they are unsure how everything fits. Real satisfying at their new location and everything arrives as we packed it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Full training beginning with customer service up to how to tightly and secure packing in boxes and the moving truck. Next their driving is put to the test with our moving trucks. Finally they go with an experienced mover until they have the high standards, decision making, know how and professionalism all our movers have.
