There were 2 rain storms within 3 hrs the morning the movers were to come and they were nice enough to delay the start time so my things didn’t get wet. There was one small misunderstanding on what was to go in the pod which took a few minutes to correct but considering I gave them instructions on 5 level front to back split house I wouldn’t mark them off on that. Very polite and made my day SO MUCH EASIER!!!

Ready Set Go Movers did a really good job with no complaints whatsoever. I had 2 helpers for 4 hours, and added an extra hour as the job took longer than anticipated. They helped me load/unload a 20' footer three times. They were friendly and worked their tails off. I recommend and will use their service again.

They did a good job but seem to slowed down and dragged for next few hours. I would rather do by the job instead of hourly.

Amazing job! 3 flights of stairs due to broken elevator. Had a 10 truck for a one bedroom apartment and the had it unloaded in half the time. Would definitely recommend and will hire again when needed.

Have supplies needed if it was not requested we bring them. Then set back and we got it from there.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing a happy customer when done especially when they are unsure how everything fits. Real satisfying at their new location and everything arrives as we packed it.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Full training beginning with customer service up to how to tightly and secure packing in boxes and the moving truck. Next their driving is put to the test with our moving trucks. Finally they go with an experienced mover until they have the high standards, decision making, know how and professionalism all our movers have.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
