Worked hard. Courteous and professional. I wanted them to unload my truck but had a ton of issues. I had to use some else and they kept asking who loaded the truck because they did a great job. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
