They did a good job loading the truck however they stacked heavy things on top of other things that should not of been on top of resulting in a desk being broken. Items should be handled as if it was theirs a little more careful and more thought into the job.

Excellent service. Unloaded and assembled large and heavy furniture. On time, patient, stopped for instructions, asked questions when unsure of placement of items, and careful with doorways, fragile items and heavy items. Would recommend them, and will use them again myself on my next move.

I was really impressed how easy it was to use hire a helper. I set the whole thing up from from 1400 miles away. Got off the plane, got the uhaul and the guys had the truck loaded in less than 2 hours. They did a great job

The two movers who unpacked my Pod worked 2 hrs straight without a break and in fact finished the job before twos were up. They were on time and moved my furniture and reassemble multiple items with out complaint . I would recommend them highly.

On Time. Prepared. Hard workers. Quiet. Efficient, respectful of the furniture, helpful, intuitive in loading and FAST! I wold ONLY use them in the future. I have moved about 10 times as an adult for work and school, and these guys set the bar. I have not unloaded my Pods yet, will update if needed.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
