I couldn’t believe it! I plan on hiring them again for my second POD and also, when I need help unloading at my new home (only 40 mi away ??).

They showed up 2 hours late. They were supposed to be there between 1-2 p.m. and didn’t show up until 4 p.m., the time they should have been finishing. No phone call, no heads up. The only communication that I got was earlier that day, saying that they would be at the move site closer to 2 p.m. I understand that things happen, but according to the text I got from them 2 days prior to the move, if I had to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before the move, a cancelation fee would be applied. But they can show up 2 hours late, no communication, no regard for our schedule, and it’s ok. Just a, “sorry, we must have forgotten to contact you.” I wasn’t there when they packed up the POD, so I can’t attest to the job. I was told that the movers were courteous and friendly. We’ll see how everything looks when it arrives at the place that it’s being delivered to.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
