The workers were friendly and enthusiastic. They did bring a hand truck with them which was very helpful. S
ometimes a little too enthusiastic in taking some boxes that we weren't ready to have them leave.
They were 45 minutes late but the had called to let me know.
Sinze the text message regarding billing did not compensate for the 45 minutes late and I didn't want to be charged extra so I let them go.
Since they were paid for 2 full hours after working 1:15 I did not feel the need to add any tip

We called to ask if they could hang pictures etc. we were told they could do anything we asked of them - couldn’t hang pictures which made me sad since I have poor mobility. The men were respectful & worked hard & put items where I asked them to. They were very careful with our possessions

I may not understand I have to let her know every thing that needs to be cleaned. So we need to work on communication. I left messages with Lance. But no reply. I am having difficulty setting up a schedule cause I can’t get a response . communication is difficult. I appreciate the service.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
