The three movers who helped unload our moving truck into a second story apartment were great - fast working (they got the whole job done in half the time I had estimated!) careful and efficient. All three movers were hearing impaired, which would have been nice to know ahead of time - I see now some other reviews mention this, but I didn't realize this possibility at the time of booking. I would have liked to have labeled boxes a bit better in advance or learn to sign a few key phrases ("fragile", "upstairs", "kitchen"...etc) to make things easier. We managed to get along just fine pointing and gesturing at things :)

The three young men Mr. Saguaro's Moving and Labor Solutions provided were punctual, polite and professional from their arrival to departure. They skillfully unpacked our PODS container and moved our heavy glass table and solid wood bookcases exactly as we requested, without the slightest hint of difficulty or hesitation. And they worked hard and fast, completing it two hours what might have taken my husband and I a week to finish. All three men were conscientious, friendly and trustworthy. We're very glad we hired Mr. Saguaro's and will definitely do so again the next time we move. An awesome team at an affordable price!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
