They were nice but they loaded the POD terribly. Lots of gaps. They let our bookcase fall over so it's damaged. We haven't unloaded the POD yet so I don't know what else is damaged. They didn't secure anything. All they brought was a dolly and it wasn't even a furniture dolly. Pretty disappointed.
