The two guys who showed up got to work right away and unloaded my 16 foot truck in just over an hour, far faster than I had anticipated. They put all my boxes in the rooms they needed to go to so I can unpack faster. I really appreciated how careful they were with the furniture too. They were a few minutes late, but more than made up for it.

Illini movers were to arrive between 9 and 10 to help us unload a truck. At 9:15 we received a call to let us know that the help did not know there was a time change, hence would not be here until 11:00. At 11:30 we gave up on them. Could not reach the contact person by phone. Called hires helper for help. Hired helper found another team who are to be here at 1:00. Will let you know how that works out.
