Wow, Mark and Dwayne were excellent - highly recommend! They were fast, efficient, and packed the truck like a big jigsaw puzzle. We couldn't believe how much they were able to get in the truck. They were very friendly and nice and we enjoyed meeting them! They really made the move easy and happy!

They did the job in under 2 hours! Had I known you were not going to refund me the third hour I would not have added it. I think it’s wrong that you do not even refund even 1/2 especially since they did the job under 2 hours! I understand the 2 hour charge but not that you charged me an additional $60! I gave you a great review and didn’t want to punish the guys who took care of us but no refund!! Wrong!

Mark and Dwayne (I do hope I spelled that correctly, and if not I apologize), we're great. Came in and wasted no time. We were done about 30 min ahead of the scheduled time, I'd hired them for and they were a pleasure to work with. Though we've yet to check the condition of everything moved, there were a few visible broken legs on the sectional and entertainment system, so thus far okay. I'm not ecstatic about it but I'm okay if that was the extent of the damage.
Again, the movers were pleasant and efficient and I appreciated the help.

Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
