Guys were great! Showed up on time.. handled the job quick.. ( take a foosball table apart and rebuild in condo) It was no problem for them .. then they maneuvered a couch ( Pivot) down a staircase that was very difficult.. no complaining., no problem.. bright, cheery, professional! Scratched walls, broke back of desk, and 1 1/2 hour later than booked. They did not stay the whole time because we started unloading without them. Said tardiness due to traffic… pictures of damage taken.

Everyone was courteous and agreeable, however Mark did drop a box that, fortunately, only had clothing in it, so no property damage occurred. He realized that he was trying to carry too many XL boxes at once, so he slowed down and listened more carefully to what I was telling him.

We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.

We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
