they arrived on time and were respectful. however I wasn't impressed with their work as it didn't feel that they knew quite what to do. Patrick who sent the crew had told me I would need 12 ratchets for the two pods.....so I bought them. he also suggested I get 2 or 3 dozen of blankets which I also bought. the crew used 3 ratchets total that I could see and I had to ask them repeatedly to use blankets and really I wonder how my stuff will arrive.....if it arrives in good shape I will be glad to change my review. they pulled the frame of the doorway out when trying to get the fridge out.....I just felt they needed someone with more experience and knowledge of how to load. but they did get it all in.....and I did thank them.....it was a lot of work.

Lift Moving, LLC did a great job. The workers arrived right on time and were understanding and flexible when there was a delay getting the keys to our unit so we could move in (we did pay for their time, which was only fair). Once we were in, boom! Two of the most helpful, hardest working guys I've ever met! We got that truck unloaded so quickly it was amazing. These guys worked so hard and were very polite and respectful to me and my wife. They were also very gentle with our furniture and belongings. I will definitely be using them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking our services, we reach out to the customer and gather any additional details we may need to ensure everything goes smoothly on the move and clarify expectations.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We call approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm arrival time. We make sure we understand what the customer wants and expects during the move. We complete each move efficiently and make sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome of the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1.) Make sure Lift Moving knows how to access your home. 2.) We recommend that you pack in medium size boxes. This makes moving so much easier. 3. We recommend that you let us know about any specialty items in advance. Items like a piano, gun safe, pool table, grandfather clock, large heavy antique or one piece hutches/china cabinets are considered specialty items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all of the following moves: Residential moves - 1-7 BR homes. Apartment moves - with and without stairs. Townhomes Commercial moves - moving an office from one location to another. We have done both local and out-of-town moves. Furniture deliveries We have completed moves with post-move cleaning for realtors. We have completed moves with packing and moving services. We have completed moves with upright pianos, disposal services, and rush/evening moving services.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love helping people jump into their next adventure in life. We know that moving , by nature, can be stressful. We enjoy taking the worry out of moving for people and helping them problem solve.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crews learn the ins and outs of moving by working alongside an experienced trainer for the first 2-4 weeks of working with Lift Moving.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
