Terrible experience from the time the crew showed up until they left. They arrived on time (the only thing they did right). Moved very slowly for the first hour and then asked to bring in additional help (with cost) for the remaining time. 30 minutes later (after much time spent on the phone) again asked for additional time and laborers to be purchased. After turning that down they loaded a few more items and were “out of time”. During the unpacking and unloading at the destination we discovered almost all of our furniture had large nicks and dings from where they shoved the utility dolly into items and then didn’t use the provided moving blankets to protect the items during loading/transportation. Would recommend any other company if you want your job done on time and your items not damaged.
