The two guys that came were quick, polite, and on it.
My issue comes when I told them "hey I think the best way to load this is to put the mattress and bed frame against the wall, and fill in everything after."
They did not do this, the mattress was in the middle of my storage pod, and now 1.5 months after moving and storage, movement happened in the storage pod and my mattress is bent and damaged.
I ought to have advocated for myself, but I thought they knew better. Now, I see that was not the case, and maybe my mattress would still be damaged, but I'm pretty sure it would be less bent if it had been against the wall.

The helpers were both on time and went to work right away getting our belongings into the container. The packer was amazing and was great at securing our belongings inside the container for secure shipment. I would highly recommend John and his team.

The two young men who moved and packed our container were ontime, friendly and very patient with us. They did an amazing job of packing our container and making sure everything was loaded correctly AND they finished the job within the allotted timeframe. They helped make a stressful day a little easier to deal with. I highly recommend John and his crew!
