Editing this review post-move to reflect our experience. I can say that the movers communicated well, but the positives end there.
Our furniture was packed into the truck very poorly, causing damage to nearly every item. We had dozens of moving blankets on hand, of which they only used a small portion. Boxes were stacked terribly and most of them were put on the truck upside down despite clear labeling.
They packed the end of the truck very badly and promptly exited. This left us alone to reorganize for about 20 minutes before we could even close the truck itself.
And to top it off, while unloading our items we discovered that they had stolen a $1,000 TV from us.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
