I had 2 great movers to assist me. They took the time to wrap my couches with wrap and blankets I provided to ensure that there was no damage or dirt on my items. They were on time, respectful, offered their recommendations to make the move easier, and did so with a smile and great atitudes.
I will definitely use this vendor again on my next move. I will also recommend them when asked about moving services.

There arrival time was between 6 and 7 PM. Tony showed up 6 PM sharp and his partner showed up at 6:45 however, Tony and I, the customer, unloaded the truck in 45 minutes flat just as a second person showed up. Tony is five stars, he’s 10 stars Tony is a good employee. He did very very very well as very respectful and prepared and worked very hard. I wouldn’t use him again on any job.

Two movers arrived at 10:00am, with the remaining two arriving around 10:15am. However, only two movers actively handled furniture at any given time, while the others spent much of the job outside. As a result, the work progressed much more slowly than expected. We’ve used this company before and had an excellent experience with a different crew, who were efficient and quick. Unfortunately, this team’s slower pace required us to extend by two additional hours, which doubled the cost. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I will carefully reconsider before using this service again.

One of the men showed up an hour early. We offered them all water and beer if they wanted. The one that showed up early asked for a tip three times, which was a bit odd (we did tip all three of them quite generously at the end, as deserved despite the asking). He then asked me if I was “expecting” which was a bit inappropriate, but I believe he was just trying to be friendly. He’s lucky I have a good sense of humor! I found him very very eager, but he was crashing into our screen door and walls a lot which was a bit difficult to endure, but he was definitely the most energized in getting the job done. The other two were nothing short of great. They showed up on time, were very polite and worked very hard. We had a couple of heavy pieces to go up three flights of stairs! I would hire them again, even if the one was a bit uncouth. Nevertheless, great work. My husband and I couldn’t have gotten the job done without them.
