Had 3 helpers for 2 hours to pack up a 3-bedroom 3-level townhouse. They actually arrived a few minutes early. They were able to pack up the entire house (what I had packed up) during that time, with the exception of the beds. They probably could’ve packed those up if I had taken them apart beforehand.

Listen - I set it up to pay this company to just move a large TV and a portable ac unit. I was going to do the rest myself. It didn’t cost less, just that is how I am. The two movers came in and said “please, we’ve got you.” So while I loaded almost everything before they arrived, they unloaded everything at the storage unit. Could have been in and out with the same amount of money. That is what I call customer service!
