The 3 person crew arrived on time, ready to work. But things moved more slowly than expected due to discussions among the crew about the logistics of packing the furnishings.
As I compare them to the previous movers from a different company, the experience was a bit less than I expected.
This crew asked for our assistance several times, with wrapping up items and disassembling furniture. This surprised me, as we are senior citizens. I had to borrow tools from our neighbor as they did not bring any with them.
They were less efficient compared to the previous crew, who asked nothing of us and packed many more items within the same space, in less time. They did keep moving and did not take any breaks. If I had no comparison, then I would give a higher review.

Monique and Jay arrived on time and completed the job in its entirety during the designated time frame. They were pleasant, and they worked very quickly, being careful to move only what they were asked to move, and handling the fragile items and furniture with great care. I was very impressed with their work and would be happy to hire them again. Best wishes :-)

Josh and Monique were absolutely fantastic and did everything perfectly. They were polite, friendly, and great at their job. They communicated their ideas with us and made sure we were ok with everything. You really get what you pay for and more! We are even trying to get them for our move in day due to how wonderful they were! We definitely recommend hiring them for your move.

Monique and Jay were professional and quick without being reckless with our things. They stacked things neatly and were careful with fragile items. They called to ask if they could come early which we were so grateful for. We were exhausted after driving from Texas to DC. They came prepared with dollies They were friendly and respectful of our apartment requirements of moving. I highly recommend the two of them. Don’t be shocked when they show up looking like models. On the moving day Key Moverz professionals will greet our customers with respect ready to receive direction and remove as many to all obstacles that come between you and a safe move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Key Moverz is created to meet a need and solving the many equations that come with organizing the truck, working as a team, assisting people in a new home, in addition eliminating the stress of new homeowners ready for the next step. Key Movers culture is every part of the move done with integrity.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Key Crew members practice working as a team, practicing communication skills among each other as they guide furniture from the house. Also crew members are coached on keeping the house as well as the items in great condition whether moving out or moving.
