I could not be happier with them. They arrived on time, and by that time we already had half the truck full. It took them 40 min to fill up the truck with the furniture, and they managed to fit everything I wanted, and then 2 extra bookshelves which I though there would be no room for. At the new place, my expectation was that they will unload the furniture and some boxes if there is time left. Needless to say that they unloaded the whole 20’ truck in 45 min. These guys took no break! It was super hot outside and they were sweating like crazy, but they did not even want to stop to drink water until the truck was empty. I was amazed by how efficient they were. Now I must say that a few small things fell as they were unloading, but I think that is mostly my fault because I tucked them between the boxes. I will definitely use them for my next move.

very pleasant gentlemen they took their time and loaded my furniture as if it was theirs. They did not waste time and made sure as they loaded my POD all the furniture fit like a puzzle so while in transit no shifting (hopefully) would cause breakage.

Did a great job loading. Provided many blankets for furniture protection. They did not protect with blankets and many wood pieces were scratched in the move. Just make sure you keep an eye on them when loading. My costly mistake for not doing this!

Great services, professional and polite workers. Highly recommend Hire A Helper to everyone. My items took less than 2 hours (minimum rate) as they were quick and gentle with my household goods and they were very prompt. Would definitely recommend Key Movers. We hired them for unloading a Pod when moving in. They were very friendly and efficient. They got the job done under 2 hours, which was extra impressive since the management made us park the pod in a really inconvenient location. Only downside was that they had to push back the time of arrival last minute. However they kept us up to date on their ETA the whole time so it wasn't a big deal for us at all. Overall a good experience and I would recommend them.

Key movers was amazing. I feel the two of them did the equivalent of four people!! They were quick, experienced, and really strong. They literally carried 2-4 heavy boxes of books at a time! They were polite and respectful, even quickly giving attention to my children when they were excited to show them something. I highly recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Key Moverz’ Customers should have boxes taped, drawers in furniture should be taped or removed, elevators should be reserved and finally customer should be prepared to oversee and enjoy the service.
What types of moves have you handled?
Key Moverz have worked with 1000 sq ft office buildings,loft apartments, 4 story houses; while facing obstacles of broken elevators, dissemble furniture, small stairs and pets. Yet, we greet every job with a fresh mindset.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Key Crew members practice working as a team, practicing communication skills among each other as they guide furniture from the house. Also crew members are coached on keeping the house as well as the items in great condition whether moving out or moving.
