The guys showed up on time. Jamel and James were nice and very hard working. My only issue was that they arrived with no moving equipment - no hand truck, dollies, carts. They were really thankful when the building had one we could use. It would have taken them twice as long without it. Not sure why the moving company would send people without the right equipment to do their job.
