I had excellent experiences with Cyle and his crew from start to finish. I had never booked movers before, and I was struggling to figure out what the right (and most cost-effective) option would be for my unique situation. I spoke with Cyle on the phone after booking Sebastian Moving SW Ohio through HireaHelper, because I wanted to get some advice and ask questions. Cyle was kind and gave me his honest thoughts and recommendations, and I didn't feel pressured to move forward with his company at all -- although I was given such a solid impression of the kind of care and customer service experience that I'd be getting that I decided my search for moving services was over.
Then, on the day of the move, Cyle and another mover from his team came out early, brought tools and took apart furniture quickly and easily, used wrap and moving blankets around some fragile and irregular furniture and decor I wasn't sure how best to get packed up, moved my belongings with care, respect, and attention even in a surprise rainstorm, made sure everything was dry and protected, and worked hard to arrange my belongings perfectly in the storage container I had dropped off on my property to try and save me a bit of money. I never had a single worry about how they were treating my stuff or my space. They were also just fun to chat with and made me feel less anxious about everything! I have already recommended them to a couple of other friends, and if I weren't moving to Seattle soon, I'd absolutely book this team again.
