Hey Elad. We appreciate you for choosing our services. But as far as us arriving an hour and a half late is completely false. Our arrival window was from 10-11. And upon our arrival I don’t know if you forgot about the few issues we had to deal with. To start the gate to the your container was jammed shut and that took us about 30-40mins just to remove items that were blocking the gate from opening. The time we spent that could have went to assembly. But that was never discussed. Not only was your container a task to open it was placed on a hill with a 45 degree incline. So we had to transfer your items with way more precaution to prevent your items from rolling into on coming traffic. And as you were directing us towards the rooms you wanted the items to go in. Your wife who was inside began telling us to place the items somewhere else. So we just listened to your wife. All of those obstacles in our way and we still went up 2flights of stairs while unloading your fully loaded 16ft container within the 2hr allocated time period. Again we appreciate you choosing our services.
