The movers were not on time. They were about 30 minutes late. I was moving from a third floor one bedroom apartment to a third floor two bedroom apartment. I provided the UHAUL truck. For some reason, they thought they were only moving my things up to the third floor. They asked if I had already packed the truck, which was not what I had said in my comments when I requested their service. They were not prepared for the heaviness of my washer or dryer. I would not use them as movers again.

I can't give a personal review as I wasn't present to receive my property. My family and a friend tell me they were OK. Everything was just jammed in, but I did have a lot of boxes. Maybe it would have gone better if I had been here, but that wasn't possible, so I can't give a more detailed review.

We do not refund for any unused time.
