The movers were incredibly professional and accommodating of all of our needs. They assisted with both loading and unloading the truck as well as placing furniture where instructed. They worked hard to ensure that none of our furniture was damaged during the move. I highly recommend this company to anyone who will need help moving!

They did a very good job, four and one half stars for sure. They were pleasant and careful. The only reason that I would not give a 5 star review is that I think the unpacking would have gone faster (and been easier) if they had either a dolly or flatbed. They were responsive and on time, and were pleasant and patient when we were 20 minutes late. They did work hard and were careful and I would recommend them, but again, would have suggested additional moving equipment. Our move was quite small, but it was quite a long trek from the u-haul trailer to the apartment. Yes, I would use them again.

They were not professional movers. I have used several mover over the last 20 years and Crothers Brother is the worst. They did not complete any one room at a time. They was scattered, leaving things in each room, only to come back and remove the items they left. The move took 5 hours and should have been completed in 3 hrs. My family was very offended by the odor of the movers, i literally had to throw up. One of the worker them self complained about the odor. They did not put item in the correct place at my new location in the basement. I had to pay a friend to move the items where i told them to put them. Some items was in the right place. The owner Brad was nice enough not to charge me overtime. I will never use Crothers Brothers or refer them to anyone.
You stated that your move should have taken 3 hours however i believe that 90% of people would agree that it would be nearly impossible to move a full 26' truck from one house to another 30 minutes away in that amount of time. When we first spoke I explained that it would take approximately 5 to 6 hours to accomplish your move.

They showed up and time and worked their butts off for 2 hours. I paid for 3 hours cause I had no idea how long it would take. They took the time to go around the house and see all that we needed moved, and even said that they could get it done in 2 hours and they were right. They were very professional and took care in packing the POD for us.

THE HELPER ARRIVED PROMPTLY. BEGAN MOVING THE NUMEROUS BOXES FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE TO THE GARAGE. SHOWED CARE FOR MOVING THE BOXES AND ESPECIALLY THE BOXES MARKED "FRAGILE". COMPLETED THE JOB TIMELY, PROFESSIONALLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT HIRING A HELPER FROM A MOVING COMPANY DUE TO MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH MOVING COMPANIES. BRAD CERTAINLY SHOWED MY IMPRESSION SHOULD BE CHANGED. I WILL RECOMMEND CROTHERS BROTHERS MOVING LLC TO ANYONE I KNOW WHO IS PLANNING A MOVE OR NEEDING A MOVE HELPER. IF I SHOULD NEED THEIR SERVICES,, CROTHERS BROTHERS MOVING WILL BE MY FIRST REQUEST!

They showed up on time after calling ahead. They were extremely helpful with all our jobs and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. They did no damage to our walls or floors and were very skilled at a variety of moves. Would highly recommend

The two movers were early to the job and went to work right away. They had our POD completely emptied in half an hour. No problems with getting the furniture in, no dings on the walls, nothing. They were pleasant, hard working and very friendly. We will definitely use them again should we need to move again.
