All I can say I nightmare. The two guys showed up within the time frame allotted, but once they arrived they took their good sweet time. The only thing I had to load was a 16 foot POD and loading only half of it took them 5.5 hours. Ridiculous!!! They showed up unprepared with no dolly, no moving straps, or furniture dollys as I was told they would have all of these. The only thing that did have was tools. They took smoking breaks on my dime and were doing everything in their power to waste time. After 5.5 hours I told them I was done and sent them on their way. With more than half my POD left to load all by myself I had to call another moving company (Universal Movers) to help me finish loading my POD. I would never use them again and I wish I never had. They wasted my time and money as well as damaged my washer and dryer because they brought nothing with them to move furniture.

They were supposed to arrive between 10:00-11:00am but no sign of them by 11:15 I called. I spoke with the same gentlemen I confirmed with three days previously. He said he had mistakenly put me on the schedule for the following day. His fault. I had a 26ft moving truck I rented and drove to my house from 30 miles away. I informed him in our first conversation that I was recently widowed and I was only hiring help because I didn't want to have to inconvenience all of my friends and family because they had helped us move right after my husband's passing. He found some helpers and sent them my way. They arrived at 1:40 in the afternoon, and one of them brought their wife. One was supposedly employed with the company for a while and the other was a 48 year old man and this was his first time doing this job. I was expecting two experienced movers...what I got was an unending nightmare. The one helper screamed and insulted the new helper ALL day. It was so bad my neighbors came outside to investigate. He treated that poor guy terrible, to the point that my children and I would leave the room. The new helper fell and tore his leg open and had to sit out for a while. If it hadn't been for my step-son, who has a huge cancerous tumor in his back btw we wouldn't have completed the move. He alone did more and had more knowledge of how to maneuver furniture through doorways than the "helpers". The inexperienced helpers gouged wholes in my walls going up my staircase. They repeatedly dropped my furniture...fortunately my things aren't new or very valuable...except for my dining room table which they also dropped and now I can't get one of the table leaves to fit back in properly. I actually went into my bathroom and cried at one point out of frustration. Then the owner, manager asks me to have the helpers call when they are done. So they are standing right in front of me while I discuss how much of a discount I should get for their incompetence and their bosses mistake and unprofessional business practice. $60. That is the "break" I got for the nightmare of hiring them to break my things and damage my new house while my step-son saved the day. Ridiculous. I ended up paying my step-son after paying these people $360. I normally don't put up with nonsense like this but since I recently lost my best friend and husband of 19 years I simply don't have it in me to fight these morons. So if you hire them I hope you get competent help and that your belongings aren't treated like garbage...good luck.

Movers were almost 3 hours late, exhausted from previous job and had numerous difficulties. Owner will charge for unused hours regardless so estimate low. Will not hire again.
