They did it so quickly and efficiently - in an hour and a half - while I had approved and paid for 3 hours. Wish someone in the office could have helped me judge time better or allowed me reduce commitment to 2 hours when I requested that 36 hours prior to work - after my kids had brought everything from second floor and basement to the main floor and garage. So I overpaid ... lesson learned. Jim and Jerry were great and I would have them back again.

We had the guys scheduled for 9:00 am. Went to get the truck at 8:00 and it wasn’t available. We did get a truck at 10:00 and they were right over. We’ve moved more than a few times and they loaded the truck using every inch!!

They were on time, and worked well, considering that there were events out our control that affected the plan, and accomplished what was asked of them.
We did note two concerns:
1-One of the crew was a rather small man, and some of the lifting seemed a real strain for him. We had specified while planning for this move, that five very heavy objects were included, and that two strong individuals were needed. I don't believe we got that.
2-Their appearance could have been more professional. Perhaps uniform pants and company tee shirts, in place of shorts and a tank-style tee shirt, and saving the smoking for once the job was truly done, with payment cleared.

I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs help moving. Our new house had many challenging doorways and stairwells to navigate and the men helping us handled it with ease. Definitely worth the money!!
