The guys that cameout wre excellent. Did quick and good work. the only issue was the lack of communication between hire a helper and the Moving company about how much to charge for extra time (by the hour or by the half hour). Also someone should let the customer know if the time paid for was up and let them know that there is an option to pay more instead of working overtime and asking for payment after the fact.

I had a small move - just about 15-20 boxes that needed to be taken up one flight of stairs. He arrived on time, and had the job done in about 20 minutes! Would recommend them to anyone who has a small move like mine. You can also request more than one person if you have a larger move. I think it might have been their first time working with Hire a Helper though, so they were a bit confused about how they would get paid, but hopefully they've figured that out now!
