this guy would not commit to an exact day or time. I was desperate to get my pod to load for cross country move so I offered a 200 dollar tip to commit. he instantly commited to a day and time. this sounds a little like extortion. on the last piece , the bakers rack was not secured and damaged the head of a bed but the 2 guys that unloaded me did a great job and on time.
