They were OK. They brought up from the garage, where my stuff was kept, into my condo. Some of the stuff they brought up I didn't need. They said they would bring it back. Well, I am here Dec 9 Wed, a week later, and the boxes are still here. I will have to hire someone else to bring them back to the garage. I've had better movers. I have moved a lot. Up & Down Movers were much better.

I would not call them again for another move. I did give them a generous tip.

Met expectations
My guys went over and above helping load your pods. They stay several hours past what they were scheduled and I sent an extra guy to help do the job. My guys even had to restack a pod the customer had already stacked due to leaving some items that contained gasoline in them that were leaking in the pod which by doing so probably saved the customers some big fines. One of my guys came back the next day to help with some extra items

Joe and his crew arrived early and assessed how they would load everything into the POD. They were ready to get to work and started organizing the furniture and boxes for maximum space utilization. They worked non-stop for three hours, making sure to take good care of our things. A great choice if you're looking for movers.
