We have used these movers were great. Fast, professional, and handled the job well. I would have liked a little better communication.... at least half of the boxes that were marked for specific rooms (fyi rooms were also marked with the same name and color labels). BUT overall a good experience and I would use them again. Matt was great about communicating:)

We hired these movers for unloading of a 15 foot Uhaul truck only. Worry Free movers wer fantastic! Zach and Senta called about 45 mins early and asked when they could start because they were in the area early. . We were also early so it worked out perfectly. They unloaded the truck in about 1 1/2 hours, which was amazing. The moved everything out of the truck and into my daughters 3rd floor walk up (no elevator) in an hou and a half. She had a good abount of stuff: a queen bed, a twin bed, desk amd office chair, table and chairs, coach, kitchen island, oversized bean bad with foot stool, entertainment center, dresser, coffee tables, rugs, plus at least 20 boxes of stuff. It was unbelievably hot and you know the stairways have no AC. The cleaning people were late arriving to clean the unit before moving and ended up cleaning while these gentlemen were moving stull in. Nothing phased these men. They worked around the cleaners. These guys were the best and I would hire them again in a minute.

After a courtesy phone call, we will arrive with all of our supplies and tools in hand, with a friendly smile and a strong work ethic.

Have a clear path to the most common exit, try to have all boxes labelled, and try to have appliances disconnected before we arrive.

We have moved locally, out of state, and commercially. No move is too big and no move is too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and see the whole country. We get an incredible amount of exercise. It's overall a very satisfying job.

Proper lifting techniques, loading and unloading techniques, how to best utilize equipment, assemble, and disassembly.
