The team of four (Matt, Zach, Sam, and Senta) that did our unloading of two 26' trailers was amazing! We have a big hill that they navigated expertly. They did everything with such great care, and with such friendly, positive attitudes. I will surely recommend them to friends for any move and would also use them again in the future. We greatly appreciate the work they did and it has made it just a little easier to unpack in our new house.

The individuals who showed up to complete the unloading of our truck worked hard and did not disappoint with service.
My reason for the 3 stars is due to the fact that they were almost an hour and half late to the job. The office staff didn’t bother to call until almost 45 mins past the hour to let me know the new time they’d be showing up.
There was a lack of communication and we were spent waiting a significant amount of time when we could’ve been almost done unloading the truck had they been on time.
One of our crew member's cars broke down that morning, and while we were about 30 minutes outside our arrival window, we should have called you much sooner to let you know. That's on us.
I'm glad our team delivered good service once they arrived, but the communication breakdown was unacceptable. We'll do better going forward.

The guys were on time and called prior to showing. They were prepared and asked what was to be packed and made a mental note in how to pack the pod. Respectful to me and my belongings. Efficient with the packing process. Yes I would use them again. Thank you

UPDATE: During the move they damaged our wall. Initially I was not worried because we had paid for the insurance. I was even impressed that Zach pointed it out immediately. When I went to make a claim however they responded by declining it and blatantly lying about what had happened. They accused that they had never been allowed up or down the stairs (false, they moved things from upstairs and basement) that other people/friends were helping (false it was just the four of them) they claimed that we made them move more than was planned (also false) and lied about how much they *did* move. All to avoid fixing a wall they damaged. I was very explicit when I called to schedule this move with *exactly* what was being moved, how many steps, two PODs (they only put a couch in the second but claim we “made” them fill two PODs AND a truck). I was initially impressed but ultimately disappointed and regret using this service and am recommending *strongly* against both Hire A Helper and Worry Free Moving to my colleagues moving after graduation.
The entire team was professional, efficient and honest. They didn't stop for more than a minute here or there for two hours straight. They had a great attitude and were a pleasure to work with. Zach and his team (sorry I don't remember all of your names!) made use of every inch of the POD as if they were Tetris masters. If we were moving locally we'd hire no one else to unload.
Regarding the damage claim, we take all claims seriously and follow our standard documentation and investigation process. We understand there may be different perspectives on what occurred during the move.
Rather than address the specifics in a public forum, I'd like to invite you to call us directly so we can discuss this matter properly and work toward a resolution.

They managed to lose a step ladder and my ext ladder. The move only took 3 hours and a distance of 2.6 miles.
