The guys from METROMOVERS showed up on time and ready to work. Little instructions were needed to load the truck and the attitude of the workers was professional and helpful. The guys were hard workers and I would use them again.

Michael (manager of company) was very nice and always reachable by phone. He called me within 5 mins of creating my online reservation just to confirm with me the date, time, etc. This was great as I used a similar company's service to pack my truck and never received any calls from them! Michael was accommodating and very polite each time I called him (I needed to change service date which was not a problem).
The two movers were on time and prepared for the job (brought dollies as requested). They were respectful of my property, and happy to help me rearrange furniture once it was in my house. Both young men were very polite and hard-working. I would definitely use MetroMovers again without question. Thank you for an easy and stress-free unpacking morning!

The 2 gentlemen who moved my stuff in were very efficient and super nice. I had scheduled for 3 hours and after the movers in California took over 4 hours to load my truck I was worried 3 hours wouldn't be enough. However, they finished in 2.

One movers was on time the other had to finish the job prior.
They asked to see the scope of work and met my request to load priority.
They got more done than I expected and worked very diligently.
They were very careful not to damage any property, although a mistake was made when then bed frame was leaning on the wall fell. It made just minor dent in the corner of the wall.
I would definitely use these guys again......they were great and did a lot of work.

Both guys worked really hard and got our truck loaded in no time at all. Both were professional and personable, we enjoyed working with them.

I had Robert he showed up five minutes early, jumped in and moved as quickly as possible. Mario also jumped in to help, but a half an hour late and since it was such a quick move didn't get to load more than a few boxes. I initially gave a four because of the tardiness and because I was told there was nothing I could do to get the rate reduced. After my comment HireAHelper reached out to me to reduce my rate which was my only complaint about the service. Now I am rating the service as a 5 because both movers were great and HireAHelper was able to right my special circumstance.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to have plenty of blankets to protect your furniture. Box up as much as you can to optimize space. Have some ratcheting straps so we can properly secure your belongings.
