I have used hireahelper many times and have always been very happy with the service. Only one person showed up on time this time around . The second arrive about 20 minutes late then left after arriving to get coffee. About 45 minutes into the service they started making a dent. Only one really worked the other just did a lot of standing around. We asked them to get moving and then they called their manager and lied. They told him the truck was awkwardly packed and that was why it wasn't getting done. The truth was that they could have been done in less than an hour and just didn't work. Very disappointed in the service. I'm a big tipper and these guys didn't get an extra dime.

Helpers arrived on time. Very polite and considerate. Worked hard and followed directions well. Finished early. Very satisfied. There was some confusion about how they were to get paid and by whom. They didn't seem to know who their employer was, but they accepted my explanation that the payments were made through HireAHelper.

They came in saying they could not get everything on the truck and wasted at least 15 minutes telling me how everything couldn't fit my couch was to big n the end they made it seem like they did me a favor by getting everything on the truck except my xmas tree. The reason I gave them this rating was because they went an hour over 2hours and that called for 42.50 and they said it was 45.00 so I went a head and gave it to them.

Make sure to have plenty of blankets to protect your furniture. Box up as much as you can to optimize space. Have some ratcheting straps so we can properly secure your belongings.
